Delivery within the UK is £3.95 per Order and international delivery starts from £6.99, this means you can order 1 or 10 pieces from us and only pay once for delivery.
In the UK, we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery service, typically this is a next day service although can sometimes take a little longer. For international orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For Service, this typically takes 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on which country you are based in. Both UK & International delivery services are tracked and you will be given tracking details after your order has been sent out.
Yes we do accept returns, as long as your order is sent back complete in saleable condition, with no ashes having been placed inside, you will be refunded the full item cost, minus the original postage cost. Please contact us before sending back items for correct return details. Unfortunately we can't accept returns when you have had personalisation or an engraving added to your item as it has been made especially for you.
Actually it's quite common for customers to place hair, fur, soil from a special place or other small mementos in our urn jewellery, it doesn't have to be ashes.
Each piece varies in capacity, but the idea of the jewellery is to hold a 'token' small amount of your loved ones or beloved pet's ashes so a small part of them can always be with you. That said, some pieces do have significantly more capacity than others, these pieces are labelled as 'Larger Capacity' on the product pages.
Cremation Jewellery is a piece of jewellery such as a pendant, bracelet or key chain that holds a small token amount of a loved one or beloved pet's ashes. The jewellery itself are beautiful quality pieces of jewellery in their own right and their ability to hold ashes is not obvious to anyone who sees them. Depending on the design, there is either a screw, or a part of the jewellery unscrews to reveal a small space where ashes can be placed. Customers often comment that wearing cremation jewellery can be quite comforting and reassuring after suffering a loss.
Absolutely, the Pendants screw tightly shut and include a rubber seal to prevent any spilling or water intake. If you are concerned or want to seal the pendant permanently you can use super glue that is suitable for metal or screw fix, however we have never had a report of a pendant failing to remain closed once tightened properly. For Key chains and some bracelets it is advisable to seal shut with super glue that is suitable for metal or screw fix. We advise this as every person will handle keychains differently and equally some people may move their wrists more than others.
We accept payment by Credit or Debit card. UK Customers can also pay by Cheque, Post Order or Bank Transfer. All payment methods are completely secure.
